Please Help Us to Reach People on Low Incomes
Although the Chilterns is home to some of the wealthiest Parliamentary constituencies in the country, it also has some of the most deprived wards.
Chiltern Counselling offers its services to anyone and tries not to turn anyone away just because they can't afford to pay the full cost. However, although some of our trainee and volunteer counsellors can offer treatment at reduced rates, we have to pay our way.
And that means being able to pay for professional supervisors and counsellors to provide the bulk of our services. Currently our management team is entirely made up of volunteers.
We have to raise about £50,000 over the next three years to assure the future of Chiltern Counselling and to be able help more local people.
You can help in a number of ways.
Run the London Marathon

Join the Friends of Chiltern Counselling
As a Friend of Chiltern Counselling you would:
- contribute to the cost of providing this counselling service
- Just £20 a year helps provide for a person in need
- help ensure that properly trained and supervised counsellors are available
- enable us to rent accessible and discrete premises in Chesham
- receive an annual update about the service and the contribution it is making to our area
